The annual meeting was held Sat., 9/28/19. The major discussion was about the Sea Knoll repairs, which have been ongoing all summer, very difficult for the homeowners. The special assessment for all Brookside homeowners came to around $1300-1350, depending on size of unit and amenities. That covered roof replacements. Sea Knoll homeowners will be required to pay for window replacements as needed. It’s been congested, noisy, and dirty. Hopefully, the result will be well worth it.
In addition, the condo fee will be increasing by about 3%, which is about average for most associations. The Dartmouth Group is continuing as the property managers.
