Welcome Shane Pina as our portfolio manager for The Dartmouth Group. Hoby McNerney is the Facility Manager, and Rob Weber is responsible for on-site maintenance. His office is in the management company office on Springbrook Court.
Linda Calmes Jones was elected on 12.14.2024 to the open position of Trustee, replacing Christopher Capessela. Linda was President of the Treetops HOA in Falmouth, owned and operated her own property management company, and also has experience in banking.
An ad-hoc group has been formed to explore funding options for the reserve beyond 2025. They will present their findings to the Board at the appropriate time.
Brookside residents are invited to The Bog Tavern/The Vue on January 18 from 2:00-4:00, for cocktails and complimentary hors d’oeuvres to meet the new General Manager, Oliver Sweet.
