Breaking news: Greater Boston Properties, which has been the property manager since April of 2015, is no longer going to be on board after August 31.

My guess is that Brookside was too far from their office for them to manage efficiently. I also think that, having mostly city condos in their portfolio, they were not accustomed to the significant landscape and plowing needs of a community like Brookside.

I haven’t heard who the new management company will be, but will post as soon as I know. Stay tuned!
