I was driving across town late Saturday afternoon, heading west, and the orange glow in front of me was magnetic. Like others out in their cars at that moment, I headed to the nearest west-facing beach as fast as I could. This is what I saw:
Coping With The Record Low Temps
So what’s the best way to cope with record cold temps? Channel summer of course, with an awesome lobster roll at Quahog Republic!
Met Carol, Barry and Doug for lunch. This was as tasty as it looks. Tomorrow’s lunch is at The Trap with my childhood BFF, Sharyn. This is how you get through New England winters – meet friends every day for lunch or dinner!
First Snowfall, January 5, 2016, Old Silver Beach
Winter Beauty
Saw this gorgeous lichen while biking along Shore Road in Cataumet.
Iconic Wings Neck Lighthouse
Another beautiful sunset at the iconic Wings Neck Light. I was showing my listing at 475 Wings Neck Road, and I had a feeling the moment was right.
The best thing? After I took a few pictures, I got to visit with my friends, Eileen and Newman Flanagan, who live next door to the lighthouse and see these sunsets every night.
